At Anekke, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase; if you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unused, and with all artistic tags and packaging intact.

Start Your Request

Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original Anekke decorative box or a secure shipping container, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
